De Mello Coffee

De Mello Coffee was founded in 2013 by Korean-born, Melbourne-educated brothers Felix and Won Cha, who moved to Toronto and set about closing the gap between the city's coffee culture and what they'd experienced in Australia. The award-winning roastery has since grown to multiple Toronto cafés and a location in Seoul, with a lineup of signature blends — Dancing Goats, Butterfly Kiss, Sakura — that has earned national recognition and a fiercely loyal following. Their commitment to artisanal roasting, vegan-friendly menus, and coffee education makes them one of the city's defining specialty brands.
