Brewing Brokers is Toronto's original real estate café, dreamed up by broker Rudy Reznik after years of closing deals over coffee in other people's shops. The bright Yonge Street space features marble tables, copper pendant lights, and a bold mural, with coffee from Ethica Coffee Roasters and standout latte art. Pastries come from D'elysées, sandwiches from En Ville, and a glass-enclosed brokerage office sits in the back — though you don't need to be house hunting to visit.
